The hotel was lovely with a large balcony and a nice comfortable bed. Attended a wedding at the weekend, and the food was gorgeous. Would stay again if in the area. However, room 215 was affected by thumping music from a nearby function, detracting from the experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautiful, overlooking an outdoor balcony area with a view of the castle, but there is room for improvement. The service was top-notch with a personal touch from the staff, especially Patrick and Joe, and the blonde female Manager at breakfast. The location couldn't have been better, right next to Trim Castle. The dining experience was great overall, with attentive staff and quality food, although the bar menu could be improved. The facilities were excellent, adding to the overall experience.
